To do our work: To manage your digital presence, we will require access to sensitive information. This includes login credentials for your website hosting, domain registrar, website content management system (CMS), and manager-level access to your Google Business Profile.
When you visit our website: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This tool collects data like your IP address, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This helps us improve our website and services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for specific purposes:
To set up and manage your account and billing.
To deliver the services you've signed up for, such as building/tuning your website and optimising your Google Business Profile.
To communicate with you, including sending you your monthly Kick-off and Impact Report emails.
To improve our own website and marketing by understanding what our visitors are interested in.
3. When We Handle Your Customers' Data
As part of our service, we may have access to the personal information of your customers. In these situations, under the POPIA Act, you are the "Responsible Party" and Praize is the "Operator."
This can happen in a few key scenarios:
When a customer submits their details through a contact form on your website.
When we set up Google Analytics on your website.
If you provide us with a list of your customers to request reviews.
Our promise to you: We will treat your customers' data with the same high level of security and confidentiality that we apply to your own. We will only process this data according to your instructions and for the purpose of delivering our service to you.
4. Data Security: How We Protect Your Information
Protecting your information, especially sensitive logins, is our top priority.
We use a secure, encrypted password manager to store all client login credentials.
Access to this information is strictly limited to what is required to perform our work.
When we complete an "Express" plan, we provide a full, clean handover of all credentials.

Under the POPIA Act, you have the right to:
Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Object to the processing of your information.
