Custom Digital Solutions

The part of your business that wastes time every week — we build the tool that fixes it.

You already know where your business loses time

Every business has one or two of them. The job only one person knows how to do. The information that lives in a WhatsApp group and has to be dug out again every week. Writing the same thing down twice, phoning around to find out whether a job was actually finished, the spreadsheet three people edit and nobody quite trusts. None of it is dramatic. It is friction, every single day, and it quietly costs hours and the occasional customer.

Most owners work around it instead of fixing it, because the fix sounds like it belongs to a much bigger business — a developer, a budget, a long project with a specification nobody knows how to write. So the workaround stays, and it keeps costing. That is the gap this service exists to close: you tell us what is going wrong, we build the thing that takes it off your hands.

What is included

  • Built around your actual problemWe start with the operational problem, not a template. The tool is scoped to do the one or two things that matter to your business, not a generic system you have to bend your process around.
  • A once-off buildYou pay once to have the tool designed, built and put in front of your team — not a recurring fee for something you haven't seen yet.
  • A monthly retainer after thatOnce it's live, a monthly retainer covers maintenance and lets it grow — new fields, new reports, new steps — as your business changes, without renegotiating a new project every time.
  • You own the outcome, we own the upkeepYou use the tool day to day. We handle the parts that would otherwise need a developer on staff: fixes, hosting, and changes as your process evolves.

Two examples of the kind of problem this solves

A field-services business running several teams across a city needed a way to see, live, where every team was and confirm the standard of work being done — so we built a dashboard showing team locations in real time, with each team uploading before-and-after photos of the job straight from their phones. What used to be a trust problem became something the owner could actually see.

A sales team needed more than a recording of their calls with new prospects — they needed the useful part of the conversation pulled out and organised. So we built a tool that takes the call transcript and turns it into the insights a rep can act on, ready before they're back at their desk.

Neither of those is a product you could have bought. Both were built for the specific way that business actually works.

Bring us the problem, not a spec

You don't need to know what the solution looks like, or what to call it. The starting point is simply: what is the biggest operational problem in your business right now — the thing that wastes time, loses money, or that you can't get visibility into. We work out from there whether a custom tool is the right answer, and what the smallest version of it would look like.

Not every problem needs custom software, and we'll tell you when a simpler fix — a change in process, an existing tool used differently — solves it for less. This is for the ones where the tool you actually need doesn't exist yet.

Common questions

How much does it cost?
It depends entirely on what's being built, which is why there's no fixed price on this page — a team-tracking dashboard and a transcription tool are different builds. You'll get a clear once-off build quote and a monthly retainer figure before anything starts, based on the actual scope.
What if I'm not sure what I need built?
That's the normal starting point. Tell us the problem — what it's costing you, who it affects, what you've already tried — and we work out with you whether custom software is the right fix and roughly what it would take.
Why a monthly retainer after the build?
Because a tool that's never touched again tends to drift out of date with how your business actually runs. The retainer covers keeping it working and adding to it as your process changes, without a new negotiation every time something needs to change.
Do I need to already be a Praize customer?
No. This is a standalone service, unlike the Credibility Kit — a custom digital solution stands on its own even if you never take the Assurance Plan.
