Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Praize's digital presence management services, including website creation, Google Business Profile management, and related consulting ("Services"). By signing up for Praize, you agree to these Terms.

Praize provides subscription-based digital presence management for South African micro-enterprises, including:

• Website creation and ongoing maintenance
• Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and ongoing management
• Periodic performance reporting

Specific plan features and pricing are set out at the time of signup and may vary by plan.

• You must provide accurate, current information when signing up.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide us for use on your website and Google Business Profile.
• If you connect your Google Business Profile to Praize, you authorize us to manage that listing on your behalf, including posting updates, managing business information, managing photos, and responding to reviews, and other actions covered by the access you grant. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of changes made to your listing on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time via your Google Account settings; doing so will stop our ability to manage your listing until reconnected.

If you cancel your subscription or revoke Google Business Profile access, we will remove our access to your listing within 7 business days.

• Subscription fees are billed as described at signup, processed through our payment partner, PayFast.
• Failure to maintain active payment may result in suspension of Services.
• We will cancel your subscription within 7 working days after notifying us via email.
• No refund for website building.

We aim to deliver the services described in your plan on the cadence communicated to you at signup. Praize continuously works to automate and improve service delivery; where any part of the service is delivered manually, we are committed to the same quality and timeliness as our automated processes.

• Content we create for you (such as website copy or images we produce specifically for your business) becomes yours to use for your business upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
• Praize retains ownership of our own tools, templates, and underlying technology.

While we work diligently to manage and optimize your online presence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search rankings, customer volume, or revenue), as these depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms like Google.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation terms are set out at signup.
• We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
